RENTAL CONDITIONS

Pricing
All Rates are quoted in Fiji Dollars and includes VAT of 15% (local tax)

Reservations / Cancellations
Bookings by email to reshertzfiji@kidanet.net.fj or fax (679) 3380758.  Minimum lead time for bookings is 48hrs. Cancellation 24hrs prior to pick up time.  Failure to cancel will incur a one day hire charge.

Minimum charge
One day hire.  Additional hours will be charged at one sixth of the daily rate.

Car Insurance
Rate shown includes Loss Damage Waiver (LDW).  Renters are liable to an excess fee for damage incurred including salvage charges, legal fee and damage to a third party property.
Excess for groups B, C, & J is F$3000.00 and for groups D, F, G, K and L is F$5000.00.  This liability can be reduced by client purchasing Accident Excess Reduction (AER) for $21 per day, this reduces the liability to F$700.00 for group B, C & J and to F$1000.00 for all other groups at $23.00 per day.
All under-body, overhead & tyre damage is at the hirers cost.

Child/Baby Seat
These are available at F$12.00 per day and when booking the age of the child must be given.

Delivery Fee
For deliveries or pick ups outside of Nadi or Suva on rentals three days and less will incur a fee of F$60.00 VIP

Drivers License
All overseas and international drivers’ licenses are accepted.  Drivers must be over 21 and have held a driving license for a minimum of 3 years.

Payment
A Bond of F$600.00 is required for groups B, C & J and F$900.00 for groups D,F,G,K and L to cover any miscellaneous charge.
Pre-Paid Vouchers to be settled by 20 of the month following completion of hire.
We accept the following charge cards: Hertz. American Express, Diners International, Mastercard, Visa.
Should the vehicle requested not be available, Hertz will endeavor to provide an equivalent model.

Fuel
Fuel is not included in  the rental rates, vehicles are supplied with a full tank and vehicles are to be returned with a full tank, if not, the hirer will be charged for fuel filled plus a service fee of F$18.00

Miscellaneous Charge
Cars returned unduly dirty will incur a charge of F$60.00 for cleaning.
